Information you provide
The Gloucester County Republican Committee receives the information you enter in the sign-up form on this website: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your cell phone number and whether you opted in to text messages. We use it to contact you about committee activities, candidates, events, and volunteer and donation opportunities.
How forms are processed
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, our website host, and may be sent as email notifications to designated committee recipients. The thank-you page confirms that your submission was received. It does not confirm enrollment in a separate email or text list.
Retention and access
Submissions stay in the committee’s Netlify account until they are deleted. Email copies and any separately maintained contact records have their own retention periods. Access to submissions is limited to people the committee authorizes.
Text messages
If you opt in to texts, we may send updates, including automated messages and donation requests, to the cell number you provide. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your cell number or text opt-in consent with third parties for marketing, and we disclose them only when required by law.
Cookies and external services
This website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and how visitors arrived. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Hosting services may process technical request information to operate and protect the website.
Links to Facebook, Anedot and government websites open services with their own privacy practices. Donations are processed by Anedot under its privacy policy.
Contact and communication preferences
To ask about your submitted information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, email info@abettergloucester.com. Do not include sensitive information in your request. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message. To stop texts, reply STOP.
